We deliver to major towns /cities within and beyond Ghana.

Delivery Options

Available shipment options include international (FedEx, DHL) and domestic (bus conveyance, and door-step delivery (FedEx, DHL, Speedaf). Details of domestic shipping options are as follows:

Delivery via VIP/OA parcel Service: Customers outside Greater Accra can opt to have orders delivered via VIP/OA Parcel office. They are currently the fastest options for inter-regional delivery. When your package arrives, the parcel office usually gives you a call and you can pick up your parcel from their office with a valid ID card and/or delivery information.

Delivery via FedEx/ DHL/ Speedaf: For customers in all parts of the country who want their orders delivered at their doorstep, we offer delivery services via FedEx, DHL and Speedaf. It takes 1 to 2 extra days from the day we ship for orders to arrive.

Delivery via Ford: Customers in Cape Coast, Takoradi, and Tarkwa can opt to have their order delivered via Ford’s parcel service. When you choose this option, we will send you the bus number and/or driver’s contact after the order has been dispatched and you can pick up your parcel from the Ford station.

Courier delivery within Accra: Customers residing in Accra can have their orders delivered to them at their convenience with the option of paying on delivery. This service comes at a minimal cost of between GHC 20.00 and GHC 35.00 depending on the exact location of the customer.

Central Accra (East Legon, Dome, Adenta, Madina, Ridge, Airport, etc)- GHC 20-25

Outskirts of Accra (Kasoa, Dodowa, Afienya, Amasaman) GHC 20-35

Other regions in Ghana: dependent on package size and domestic rates of transporting company

International: dependent on package size and international rates of transporting company

Any import duties, tariffs, handling fees, clearance charges, taxes, cost of damages etc due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer(you).

Handling Time

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this may not always be on the same day as your order. Generally, please allow a processing time of 12 hours to 1 business day. If we anticipate a longer or shorter handling time, you will be notified via email, text, or call.

Delivery Process

Typically, a member of our customer support team will be in touch with you to confirm your order details and delivery preferences within 12 – 24 hours after placing your order.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message with the shipment/courier details. Items are dispatched at 10am on such days.

The transporter will contact you via the provided contact when heading towards your location and on arrival at the given destination/collection point.

Delivery Time

Delivery is usually done within 1 to 5 business days. Packages within Greater Accra are dispatched and delivered on the same day; orders to other regions may be delivered 2 to 3 business days after dispatch, while international orders may take 3 to 5 business days or more.

Kindly note that orders must be placed before 9am to be considered as placed on that business day. If your order contains an item which has been back ordered, the order may be held back and shipped immediately new stock arrives.

We accept payment in cash or via mobile money from all networks.

Delivery Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to some areas within or outside Ghana. We are however continuously expanding our service area and depending on the exact location and how much notice we are given; we may be able to serve you. Any order outside of the service area will be handled on a case-by-case basis and refunded if necessary.

Some product types or brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer/government restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally/domestically, we will inform you via email/call and make a refund thereafter.
