To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, free of damages, and in the same condition you received it. For a full refund or exchange, items must be mailed to us within 5 calendar days from the date you received the original order. Items must be returned with all seals, tags, and/or wrappers still intact and must be in their original packaging e.g., basket, box, or shopping bag with an attached receipt or proof of purchase.


We will assess refund requests on their merits, considering the condition of products on their return and the preview available before the purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt and the status of your refund based on the inspection.

If your return is approved, we will issue a coupon of the full cost of the item (minus return shipping costs where applicable) to your store account to purchase another product, be it similar or not. You will receive the voucher within 2 business days.

Please note that there is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:

The item is comestible.

The item was a sale item; only regular priced items may be refunded unless sale on the product(s) is still running.

The product is not in its original dispatched condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

The item was returned more than 5 calendar days after delivery.

How to return your order

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email within 24 hours of receipt to outlining reason(s) for the request and photo attachments where applicable. Please note that for complaints of damage in transit, emails must be preceded by a call made in the presence of the transporter upon receipt of items.

We will reply your email with a Return Merchandize Authorization number and a return address for the product within 12 hours of receiving your email.

Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, wrap-up, and mail to the given address. Note that items must be returned to us within 5 calendar days from the date you received the order.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot begin the refund process until we do. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
